ICT Indicators database Latest update (June 2018) now includes over 2 million individual statistics

ITU collects annual ICT data directly from telecommunication/ICT ministries, telecommunication regulatory authorities and national statistics offices to maintain its World Telecommunication/ICT Indicators Database (WTID) , with some of the earliest telecommunication data reaching as far back as 1965, and now with over 200 separate indicators for more recent years on mobile phone and internet usage, pricing, available broadband and traffic. This invaluable data is also presented annually in the form of the ITU Yearbook of Statistics, a compilation of 10 years of key statistics presented by country, while the complete database provides users with a handy tool to run and import queries by year, country and/or indicator in order to further analyze the most authoritative source of data on the evolution of telecommunications, the availability of ICTs in households worldwide, average price breakdowns per country, the usage of ICTs by individuals and much more.
